Graduated…again 😊

W9 R3 in the books for this second time around. So glad after the enforced 3 month break that I took the decision to start over. This plan really does work and I will be forever grateful to those who have contributed to it. This time around I have come through a lot less sore than back in the summer and I know that’s because I now understand the importance of stretching and a proper warm up/down. Also introduced some foam rolling for the hamstrings which has made a huge difference.

A few weeks consolidating the 30 minute runs to look forward to. At current pace I reckon I’m looking at 5k in 33 minute so might give that a go towards the end of April. 👍🏻
