I was planning on doing this run yesterday but I had a phone call telling me my mum wasn't well and was being taken to the hospital.
Diagnosed with sciatica.
Anyway, up this morning, headed downstairs, running gear on and onto the treadmill.
I tried the 'run' with the treadmill on a 0 degree incline to compare my HR from when I did this run in 2020, still around the same 6-8 bpm difference.
I enjoyed the joffling, looking forwards to week 5.
