Hi AlysP You're aware there's an official HealthUnlocked C25K Strava club, yes?

Just the 457 members currently: strava.com/clubs/c25k - all welcome - those currently doing C25K, new graduates and 'beyonders' ...

There's also a consolidation club run here by Mummycav .

For those looking to go to 10k, you might like ju-ju- 's 10K plan and there 's a separate 'bridge to 10k' forum healthunlocked.com/bridgeto10k

Hi ya!! Yes- I just set this up for fun for lockdown grads so we could support each other in consolidation and see each other’s runs rather than those still in the programme 😀😀
