I can't believe I have done it, honestly. I started out weighing, shamefully, 19stone 8 pounds. Couldn't run a bath frankly.
Now, I have just finished the last of the 27 runs. 4.5 km in 30 mins, no stopping. Absolutely no way I could have done it without the support on here (and Jo Whiley in my ears).
Now weigh 17 stone 5 pounds, but an awful lot fitter and happier.

That's fantastic, well done! Congratulations ... now time to consolidate... so continue with 3x 30 mins per week for the next 2-3 weeks or so and then you can start to gently progress if you feel like doing so. Time to claim your badge and maybe look at our Bridge to 10k forum (with plans).
