Yay!
Like most people who do this programme, I am a little astonished that I've done this.
I am including the obligatory selfie. This is me straight after the run, haven't done my 5 min cool down yet.
Thank you for the kind words of encouragement and the various bits of information to learn from.
Hmm, now what??
Congratulations. Nice shiny badge for you (after you've requested it ).
The world is your oyster C25K+, 10k and beyond. Or just run. Whatever you do take it steadily, as Laura has taught you, and enjoy.
Best wishes for many years of injury-free running.

Oooo, did you say shiny? Yes, I'd like a shiny badge. I think I've seen that before, is it one of the links on the right?

Now what indeed! Well done on Graduating. Sterling work there Mitbeds or Bedmits (which is what I typed at the first attempt)
You could now download Laura's little trio of podcasts entitled Stepping Stones, aka C25k+
