Week 8 done!

Just completed week 8! Can't believe how far I've come from someone who struggled to run for a bus to running for 28minutes non stop ๐Ÿ˜Š I'm certainly not the fastest runner out there but I think that's ok. I'm so looking forward to graduation but any tips to help me get there?

Fantastic! Youโ€™ve done so well. My top tip? Just keep doing what youโ€™re doing! Itโ€™s obviously working for you. This is just another week of running, but with an extra big celebration at the end. You donโ€™t need to change a thing. ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Fabtastic! Just remember youโ€™ve already done the hard work to get yourself here. These runs are a celebration of how far youโ€™ve come. No need for pressure to go faster or further than youโ€™ve been doing. Just enjoy!

As MissUnderstanding says, just keep on doing what you are doing... slow and steady and enjoying it...slow rocks... certainly for a fair few of us anyway ! x

well done!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘thatโ€™s tremendous! A couple of ideas for youโ€ฆ..maybe choose a really nice route youโ€™d love to run and work steadily towards that. And try your local Parkrun - free, friendly and fabulous for getting running and community fun to be a regular part of your week. Let us know how you get on.

Well done Bert2, I did find a big positive difference when I started planning and changing my routes. Also varying my distances helped a lot. Once I graduated it helped me get over that 'OMG what do I do now' feeling which seems to hit a lot of runners once C25k is finished ๐Ÿ˜
