I have just completed week 1 and started week 2 after breast cancer. I'm looking forward to taking back my life and my health

A massive welcome to you. It sounds like you’ve had a really tough time and it’s absolutely brilliant that you’re well enough to return to running now. We get lots of people using c25k as a route back-you’re in very good company!

Just wanted to send really good wishes for your journey. Maybe a little celebration is in order for finishing that first week? 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
