Getting changed as soon as I was home meant I only had 2 biscuits with my coffee not 4! And meant I had to go out after I had tutored. So out I went! Darker but still snazzy purple!

Four biscuits 😂that's a lot Dreamofillusions, I usually take 2 with my coffee or hot chocolate, anyway no matter how many biscuits you ate well done on completing run 2 of week 1, I hope you are enjoying your running journey with C25K, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1 and go easy with those biscuits 😂
Biscuits are hard to resist! Well done on sticking at two and getting straight out for your run. Absolutely brilliant start to the programme.
Huge well done to you... I have two biscuits in a morning with my cuppa before my runs... routine ever since 2015! Can't go wrong...!
