My last run was December 29 😬 !!! Then, amongst other things, the flu got me !!! So today, with lots of trepidation the running shoes went back on 🫣!!! A short, slow but oh so sweet run followed !!! Feeling soooo glad to be back out there 🏃🏼‍♀️🙌💖

My last run was December 28th, got up to 18 minutes on Week 5 Run 3 (which i had repeated 3 times) and developed knee pain, when i got home i couldn't walk and i still have knee pain 3 weeks later, cant even take my dogs for a walk, it is getting better, but it feels so fragile, i can't wait to get back out there again so i can finish the 20 min run of Week 5. So glad you can get out now and continue the programme it feels so good outside

Thanks for the reply. Sounds like you’re doing really great with the running but I’m so sorry to hear about your knee problems. I also had knee troubles that started in week 2 of the programme and stopped me running for a least three weeks. However, it did get better and I got back on track, and it’s been fine since. I hope everything works out for you and you’re back up and out there very soon 😁👍.
