Follow up to Parkrun attempt

I left it 6 days after my Parkrun attempt to think about attempting another 5k this time it was dry bright and chilly. This time I decided I would run 5k not worry about the time and certainly not the Parkrun course that I Marshall on I decided I would run 5k and do a route that is flat which I did I got through the physiological barrier of 5k without stopping, the first time since April 2022. I have now joined Beginners2Runners Dartford branch and 4 days later ran another 5k in the steady 5k group a lot slower but it was done. So stay healthy, stay running, stay fit and enjoy.
