More dispatches from the slow end

So, I got out there and did my 2nd 35 minutes - another breezy day but not as bad as it's been. I enjoyed the run but thank goodness I am following Instructor57 and MissUnderstanding 's guidance to Take It Slowly; it's a lot more exhausting this time around!

I toyed with the idea of doing the parkrun that starts at the RSPB place near Llandudno Junction last week, but realised I didn't have enough time to be packed ready to leave at 7am to guarantee being there for 8.45am. (I was going to be travelling along the A55 towards Pwllheli.)

That view isn't far from there!

I live in West Shore Llandudno and Conwy is my local Parkrun - I haven't run one since 2018 and am slowly but surely working back up to it; should be back end Feb! It's a lovely flat run with great views and friendly people x

yes, a beautiful flat run. We are lucky to live in such a lovely spot! I’m in Colwyn Bay - running in roads full of Victorian houses.

You’re doing brilliantly! I’m loving reading your updates and looking at your pictures. Taking it slow is going to get you to your goal with loads of success on the journey. Another run to be proud of. 🏃‍♀️❤️🏃‍♀️
