Despite the rain and wind yesterday I can now, with a massive smile and thanks to Pink Floyd, call myself a graduate of C25K.

Huge thanks to everyone on here for the support, advice and encouraging stories, especially those of others experiencing the same doubts.

A special thank you to Laura who will be coming with me for a while yet I think, for helping me through those toxic moments when I didn’t believe I could do it.

No matter where you are on your journey, trust the process, smile and enjoy it, and if you pass a slow moving runner on your route, give me wave and say hi 👋
