we’ll I started on the 26/8/22 and I’ve completed the last run today.
My second 9 week run was on the 22/12/22 and then Xmas comes and I had sickness for a few days so I decided on Tuesday to start again and did a 25min run, and after work today felt good, so went for it. Really pleased I’ve achieved my goal and will continue with the 9 week 30mins runs for the foreseeable and see if I can increase the distances.
if your a starter to this keep going and don’t be scared to do a re run if it gets too hard, I did, I’ve done a few 20min runs and the a few 25 mins before tackling the 28min runs. It was then that I noticed after the 28min runs I could have done more, and it was then I knew I was ready.
Nice to be part of this social club, with everyone here for a reason, no nastiness, no bitchin, just encouraging by all. God bless us all into 2023

This is just brilliant to read. Massive congratulations to you! You should be so proud of yourself-what an example of how the couch to 5k programme can work. Super.❤️🏃♀️💪👩🎓🏅
While you’re consolidating, don’t worry about trying to increase your distance. The idea is you just let your body catch up by not trying increasing pace. Have a read of the link. When you’re ready to try running further, it might be worth working on your endurance to run for slightly longer at comfortable pace rather than speed over a 30 minutes. That’s not for now though. Now is for celebrating!
Who knows where those runner’s legs will take you next? Have fun consolidating your brilliant feat in finishing c25k ❤️
