Yippee I’ve done it!!! It’s taken me longer than 9 weeks with injury or other things but my run today was really good.
I’ve loved every minute of it even when I ached. It really helps me to clear my head.
I’m going to carry on for next few weeks as if I’m still doing week 9 then go from there. 😀
