I just wanted to say thank you to each and every one of you who took the trouble to reply to my message about being Addicted (or not!) to Running. It was heartening to see that I'm not the only one, and to read all about your various suggestions for ignoring my non addiction. I really valued everyone's comments, and will continue to go back to them and keep reading them. Thank you, one and all. I've reached the end of W7 now, successfully albeit very slowly, so have just 2 weeks to go to graduate! May take some time off over Christmas, but we'll see. A very Happy and Peaceful Christmas to you all.
Thank you: I just wanted to say thank you to... - Couch to 5K
Thank you
Good luck with everything. I find that at this time of year all I want to do is eat and hibernate. Once the days start getting longer my energy returns. Just take it easy, have a lovely relaxing Christmas and you'll feel so much more motivated in the New Year 😁
Keep going- you and I are so close now. It all feels possible (albeit s l o w ) . I have just done Week8 run1.
Tricky time of year, but then there’s always something to derail plans. Look forward to the feeling of reaching the goal of 3 x 30 min runs under belt sometime over the next 2/3 weeks.
Just hoping no bugs get passed your or my way with the increased indoor socialising .
All power to those plodding feet!
YES I did Week8run3 yesterday and I hope to do Week9/1 tomorrow. You are hot on my slow heels!! Christmas Day achieving week8/1 will be something you’ll always remember with pride.
I agree, I’ve come out of the Impostor Syndrome phase and I have a growing belief in my legs, and in the programme. It’s a nice feeling isn’t it?!
