I am amazed thinking back that Week1 felt so hard.

I have really benefited from reading here about running slowly, 28 mins is doable and comfortable at the pace(snail’s) that I go.

Hoping I can fit in those last 5 runs of the programme over the next couple of weeks with Christmas all but upon us!

There really is nothing like that feeling of progress you get from C25K - from slob to super(wo)man! You're nearly there, enjoy these last few runs and then you can get your Graduate badge as a late Christmas present 😁🎅

Just enjoy... do what you are able and know that the runs will wait until you get to them... slow and steady is the way and it gets us to the most amazing places !

Hopefully you can make the time and treat it as a present to self or put it on the list as a gift of time and space. Probably not after any feasting though! Great you're still on track.
