With the icy conditions we currently have rather than not do week 6 run 2 today as planned, I managed to get a guest pass at a local gym and complete the run on a treadmill.My question is should I now repeat this run outside on Saturday or continue the plan and complete week 6 run 3?

If you completed the run, I would count that run as done and move on to the next one. If you’d rather repeat it, that’s up to you but I don’t think there’s any need to.

Some people do the whole of the programme on the treadmill. A run is a run. Well done for adapting and getting your run in safely.
