Well hello week 6....run 1 ! 7am up and out in the thick fog which was nice as it made my hair wet and cooled me down and was actually an enjoyable run (they are not all like that) 😂 Advice needed please regarding running apps, I am using Strava in conjunction with the C25k app as just want to see pace/time/calories and monitor my runs. Doesn’t show calories for some reason, does anyone know why or can suggest a better app to use. Thank you 🏃♀️

I don't know of a better app, but would say that calorie burn calculations can be wildly inaccurate and vary from app to app. Don't treat them as gospel.
Hi RRR13, Congrats on your early morning run, well done, getting up 7am on Sat! I don’t use Strava so I cannot offer advice to fix the missing calorie count. I use Nike Run Club instead and it shows calories and also has some guided runs you could start using very soon after your graduation! 🎓 😉
Give the BetterPoints app a go, you can earn yourself rewards or donate to charity using points earned too.dependant on what is available in your area.it might not be as sophisticated as some of the paid apps but does give you calories and milestones etc ...worth a go I love it ☺️
Don't know what type of phone you have , I have a Samsung and use the Samsung health app it gives all that you are looking for.

I have an iPhone , just a guess but on your profile did you put your body weight data in ?

I use Strava too, and mine was also showing zero calories burned until I put my weight in. Had to do it on the desktop not on my phone, then the next run I did showed calories. It must be very Weight dependent as I can do the same run as my husband who is certainly heavier but not double my weight, but he seems to burn double the calories!
