I did it, I ran for 25 minutes today and I feel so good about it! And I didn’t feel extremely tired at the end which is a huge improvement for me.
Also, I started tracking my pace using Strava (during the 25 minutes only). Can anybody tell me at what pace I should be running at this stage in the programme? I know that this varies for different people but it would be useful to hear about others’ experiences. Thanks!
