I could barely run today 🥵 I managed a slow 2.5k before I stopped and had to sit down with my head between my knees. Good job I chose the treadmill and not an outside run (yay for the frosty pavements!)
I put it down to being tired and stressed, and eating my body weight in turkey and roasties at the work’s Christmas lunch yesterday 😂 Anyway I just couldn’t manage it today. But a run is a run and next time will probably be better so I’m just going to chalk it up to experience. No beating myself up going on here, no sir! 😊

What do you mean you couldn’t do it? It sounds like you did it to me! You ran for 2.5km. Yes, it might have been shorter and slower than you’d planned but that’s still a run. There’s always some success to be found in every run, even if it wasn’t what you were expecting it to be at the start.
It’s always ok to listen to your body and cut short or take an extra day if you’re not feeling quite 100%. ❤️
