Glorious run today

27 minutes under snow covered trees running a difficult week out of my system . Thank you Tim.

Good for you Cassandra61, but be very careful when running in snow and ice, I notice this morning that there has been a lot of snow in the south and east of England, including the London area, where I am in Central Scotland the temperature was - 6C, its now - 4C with brilliant sunshine and not a cloud in the sky, we missed all that snow, enjoy the rest of the day.

I have to work hard to etch those positive moments into my psyche and not take them for granted. It's been one of the successes of C25K. Tim helped me find the route through my health emergency jolt, a truly wonderful, selfless act. I've seen those trees too. Glad the run helped - it's a potent medicine!
