Tim’s run in Carmarthenshire

This was a damp but mild 5k run on Sunday morning on country lanes. I saw no one else so conversation was one sided but I did have an occasional smile.

I first started C25k over 2 years ago have progressed to 10k. Throughout I haven’t posted but read HU and especially appreciated Ian’s wise words and encouragement . He will be sadly missed.
