Tim's Run - Northumberland

I've not run for 10 weeks but I simply had to get out this weekend for Tim's Run. I couldn't do today, so I ran midday on Saturday, just before lunch. To get me started again, I did Week 2 of C25k and it went all right, I was just slightly out of puff towards the end. I'm back! Thank you so much Iannodatruffe for all of your advice and encouragement.

I regularly run/walk alongside the River Tyne, photo taken earlier this year.

Great job getting back out there - and for a great reason. You’re just up the road from me so from one river Tyne runner to another, welcome back

We might have passed each other on the riverside trail :)
