A tough run today honouring Tim, I gave blood on Wednesday, and know it takes a week at least to regain my stamina for a run. However, with Tim's advice ringing in my ears I stopped when I needed to stop, walked when I needed to walk, and above all appreciated all the beautiful scenery around one on my favourite run alongside the canal, and smiled.
My thoughts are with Tim's family and friends, but I hope they can take comfort from all the posts on this wonderful forum that show just what a difference he made to us with his words of advice and encouragement.

Beautiful photo and words, Susiepaul ! And congratulations on completing this run! I wonder how many runs we've completed thanks to Tim's advice... must be thousands... I know I remember his conversational pace advice on almost every of my runs (or rather my body reminds me of it... )
