Tims Run - Escot, Devon

I ran, I smiled and I spent the time thinking how grateful I am to Tim, an Internet stranger who without his hard work on the programme guides, faqs etc I honestly believe I would have given up at about week 3, and here I am nearly 18 months later. What shone through for me is I believe that Tim wanted as many people as possible to love running the way he did. I would just like to confirm, it worked for me and I will be forever grateful.

I’m very lucky to live in a beautiful part of the world, I was going to recreate my graduation run for this one at a beach but thought the countryside felt more appropriate!
