My glute isn’t hurting either. Yay! Another big rest day tomorrow and off to run on Saturday to finish our week 7. 😊

Well done I will be starting Week 7 next week hoping to get two of the runs done and see the distance covered in just the running not including the warm u and downs. Keep going your doing great.
