First ever Park Run

Did my first ever Park Run. I wasn't sure I was going to cope but such a lovely group of people. I go diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about 10 years ago and had to give up running. I thought I would give C25K a go early this year and it has been such an enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend it to people. 😊😊

What a lovely post.

Parkrun definitely is a great focus for maintaining a running habit which will give you a wonderful, regular social outlet.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Glad you enjoyed Parkrun. Makes all the difference when its a nice friendly one. I joined last year and thought I might go once in a while, absolutely not, I was hooked from week 1, and now Im totally addicted!!

Our Parkrun is really friendly and we have such a great crowd of support. If you continue to go, Im sure you will meet some great supportive people too.
