restarting for the last time!

After a downward spiral with my weight I decided enough was enough and I’m back on it! Currently 4 stone lighter I’ve got the confidence to rejoin the gym and get my trainers on - just completed week 2 and looking forward to the coming weeks. I know I can and will do this!

A four stone weight loss is absolutely incredible. Wow. You’ve done such a brilliant thing for your body and c25k will only make you even healthier! Great to see you here. Wishing you lots of luck with the programme. You’ll have skills from last time which will be really useful. Keep it steady. Keep hydrated. Rest or do strength/flexibility training on rest days.

Can’t wait to hear how you get on! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️
