I completed c25k today!! So happy I did it, the first time I had to give up at week 3 because of bad tendinitis so I’m really chuffed I managed it this time! I’m definitely going to continue and hopefully improve my endurance and stamina. I can honestly say this has been one of the best things I’ve ever done!
yay!!!! Fantastic…that’s exactly how I feel about running, it’s def one of the best things I did too..& what a feeling when you finish that final run?! A feeling that will stay with you for a long time…your badge is shining nearly as bright as your smile…it’s been a lovely day here in Yorkshire for a run so I hope the weather was good to you too…
I did it ! 30 mins x 3 I did the final one on Monday. Not 5k just yet but I’ll get there over the next few weeks by adding a little every week. 4.5mph on a treadmill so I’ll increase the time and up the speed slightly as I go. So pleased 😀
woo hoo! Congratulations 🥳 what an achievement! Don’t worry about the distance , the aim of the program is to get you running for 30 mins…and you’ve done that in style…you can work on your distance once you’ve consolidated or you can just enjoy what you’re doing and 5k might come naturally…well done you
woo hoo!!! You certainly can Captainfussy ..it’s a bit miserable looking here this morning and I’ve just been for a rainy run…bet you’ve brightened your town up this morning with the big smile on your face?!?! Congratulations…very well done to you 🥳
Crísp , cool , blue-skied Good Friday and I did it! Second time though as I managed to go from 5k to Couch over the winter. Enjoyed it much more as a repeater though so I hope this encourages those finding it a slog.
I've graduated today! Didn't expect to be able to say I could run 30mins non stop, so feeling a little bit chuffed! What a lovely day to achieve it on too 😊 it's been great seeing everyone else's posts and advice 👍🏻 xx
Hi Mummycav, I completed my couch to 5k on Easter Saturday 😊. I am now going to read through the consolidation section and try to follow that. I am also going to try to encourage my husband to do the couch to 5k now the lighter evenings have arrived! Could I please have a graduation badge?
it’s my graduation day today and a beautiful sunny day for it! Got one of my best times too. Now onto consolidation and making running a new habit. Can I have a badge please?
The message you get when you complete week 9, run 3.
Yay!!! Well done 284ever !! That’s a massive achievement right there so you should be very proud of yourself as we are!! Your badge is in place for you to wear with pride…well done you!
yay!! Well done Lozza52 …what a fantastic feeling it is…those last couple of minutes are quite a daze aren’t they?? I remember my friend was doing c25k at the same time, she was on about week 6 I think…she said she kept looking for me in the park and I was still running…she was well impressed!!! And we’re impressed with you too!! Great work…now go show off that new badge 😉
Hi. Could i request my graduation badges please? Thanks
yay!! Well done Clumella , sounds like it was a real pleasure, just like it is for me pinning your badge in place ..very well done & enjoy running for runnings sake 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️
Please I have a graduation badge. I am so excited that I now feel at last able to say and believe that I can run. Now looking forward to completing Race for Life 5k next month. 😁
Really pleased to say that I’ve completed Couch to 5K and would love my graduation badge. I’ve already done a few consolidation runs and am looking forward to starting The Magic Plan soon and also doing my first Park Run.
Hiiiiiii!!! I have been away from the site for a couple of months now. I completed c25k at the end of February, and then lost all of my running mojo🥲, then Ramadan happened. I am slowly and steadily getting back out there, so yaaayyy. Can I have a badge pretty please 😊
Sorry to hear you lost your mojo though, this can sometimes happen when the plan comes to an end as you can suddenly feel a bit lost..but you’ve come to the right place…we’re all to listen to you and offer advice and support whenever you need it..now your shiny badge will do the trick I’m sure 👌
