This week I have been fortunate enough to run with the backdrop of the Banff mountains, in the forestry of Jasper and around the Sea Wall of Vancouver. Lucky me! However it did occur to me that when looking at the mountains (which are at least 45 million years old), that I shouldn’t really take a 30 minute run every other day too seriously.
