8 weeks since I broke my foot and today I completed a 30 minute walk. Ortho specialist advised to take it slow so I'm walking until it stops aching. Had completed C25K a couple of months before. Anyway, back to square one which I don't mind. These are the challenges sent to make us stronger.

Ouch that’s bad, walking is great while the bone completely heals and starting again won’t stress it too much as you build up, just take doctors advice
