Hi, I am recovering from a stress fracture to my lower leg which highlighted potential underlying knee damage and have been recommended repeating level one of C25K on treadmill to reduce impact for my rehab. Tried to keep moving, even on crutches, but it's a struggle getting muscle back and cardio improved.

Hmm I would be rehabbing very carefully and only running 3 mins at a time, every third day. The week after 4 mins etc. Only starting to run after the inflammation has gone. I did physio at home for months, stair hangs, calf raises, foot lifts etc. There is no quick route back I wouldn't have thought. Take care 🙂

Oh no, sorry to hear about your injury. Take it really slowly as you build up again so as not to do more damage.
