Well here I am in Canada again &the fall is just beginning. I am on Week2 & have just run Run2. Very grateful at the age of 70 to begin again, after an acute inflammation of the Sacro iliac joint. A bit breathless running at altitude after sea level but with Jo’s encouragement in my ear I can do it!!
