Hi I haven’t run for 3 weeks was on wk 8 hoping to start back in about 2weeks I had sciatica which is getting better where should I start on plan when I start back again 😊

One possible approach is:
When you are ready to run again, do your usual 5mins warm up walk, then try a gentle jogette, listening to your body. See what you manage & use that as a guide for where to start.

Sometimes after a break of 5-6 weeks, people ease back by doing one run from each week until they find their place to continue from.
Your choice! 😄 Whatever you do, listen to your body- it will tell you!
