I was wondering what app people here recommend that is similar to C25K, but for swimming. I'd like to go swimming every other day / in my between days, as swimming is a low impact full body workout.
I know there are loads of apps out there but I'd like to find one that doesn't overdo it, as it were. Something like C25K, which is amazing in my opinion.

EDIT : : I came across the following program which seems to be what I'm after. It's in yards, but a yard is about the same one meter, so just assume that.
Also, I realised that maybe having a swimming app on your phone isn't really ideal, as you're not taking your phone with you into the water!
8-Week Swimming Training Program for Beginners
Week 1 (100 yards): 4 x 25 with no more than 20 breaths rest between lengths
Week 2 (100 yards): 4 x 25 with no more than 15 breaths rest
Week 3 (150 yards): 6 x 25 with no more than 20 breaths rest
Week 4 (150 yards): 6 x 25 with no more than 15 breaths rest
Week 5 (200 yards): 8 x 25 with no more than 15 breaths rest
Week 6 (200 yards): 1 x 50 with no more than 20 breaths rest, followed by 6 x 25 with no more than 15 breaths rest
Week 7 (250 yards): 1 x 50 with no more than 20 breaths rest; then 8 x 25 with no more than 15 breaths rest
Week 8 (250 yards): 1 x 50 with no more than 15 breaths rest; then 8 x 25 with no more than 15 breaths rest
