A dodgy hamstring in the New Year and excuses ever since meant I dropped the ball after graduating at the end of last year. Picked up at Wk3 last week and completed W4R1 yesterday. Tempted to skip runs but not sure in my best interest... advice please? Thanks

Good running for you njd967 but don't skip any runs as that could cause a injury. 😊 🏃🏾

Welcome back, take it steady and stay injury free this time round

If you have not run regularly since the new year because of injury, then , personally, I think you would be better off starting from scratch to rebuild resistance.
Over nine years, I started from W1R1 a total of six times, skipped no runs, but still had to stop because of injury on two occasions.
What's the hurry?
Slow and steady progress is much more sustainable.
Keep running, keep smiling.

Welcome back! How brave of you to start from week 3. I graduated in June and then had to stop running shortly after due to backache. I have just ventured out again, but from week 1 run 1 and have to say I think that was more than adequate to start with.
Take care not to do too much to soon.
Happy running !
