Well I’d been dodging this one- niggly sciatica and excuses a gogo BUT I’d done a lot of walking and some Yoga so as it’s my birthday I thought id give myself the run as a present! It was fab, felt as though I was getting back into a rhythm of running and not a gremlin in sight!
