Had to postpone my W4 start up due to a nasty backache....am I OK to start again on W3?

The short answer is-yes! Take it extra slowly but there’s nothing wrong at all with having a few days off and continuing with where you left off. You’re much better doing that that pushing on and hurting yourself.

If you are free from pain and ready to run again then you can either pick up where you were or perhaps the last week 3 run .Entirely your choice , you know how you feel , they are your runs .
