so had to go shopping today ive dropped 2 pant sizes past few weeks pants are starting to fall down when i put things in my pockets hahhaha belly still there but its reduced a few inches probs see more reduction when i finish program n start doing 30 min runs 3 x a week the benefits just keep piling up lol
