Thanks c25k - what a brilliantly structured programme. When I think of how heavy my breathing was at the beginning after 90 seconds running I am amazed and delighted. Now my legs tire long before my breath and Iβve had asthma most of my life - Iβm 62.
Posted here for first time on Monday re stitch- thanks for responses and pressing/massaging the area really helped this week
Feel like Reece is my best mate! And have been diligently stretching pre and post with Steff in the app. Any tips about other stretching routines. I know thereβs tons on YouTube but some recommendations would be good.
I am so excited about what comes next - definitely going to get into Park Run.
thanks again!

Congratulations. It sounds like you may be heading the same way as my friend and my daughter who both have asthma, but neither of whom have needed their inhalers in quite some time⦠fingers crossed there. Celebrate well, and enjoy all your future running adventures. Your local parkrun will be very pleased to meet you.
