Hi everyone

I’ve completed this programme a couple of times now but life always seems to get I. The way and I stop running so I’m back again. Still dragging Ollie round with me and scolding when he finds something particularly smelly to roll in just as we are heading home.

Started week 2 today.

OMG hi VPollie 👋🏻 I started again recently, week 5 on Monday. No one that I started 1st time around is on here now I don’t think. Nice to see a familiar face. Good luck ! 😀

Great to hear from a familiar face. This is my 4th time C25k but I’m keen to get going again. Good luck on Monday - I’m already stressing about the 20min run lol.

Thanks. Yes, I remember the dreaded R3 ha ha. We moved house and lots of other stuff that gets in the way, so hopefully I will stick at it this time !

Apparently tomato ketchup is good for getting smells like that out of dogs coats. Only heard that tip after sadly losing our old Golden Retriever who used to delight in rolling in all sorts! Haven't had to use it yet with our Lurcher, who is somewhat pickier. Something to do with the enzymes in the tomatoes I think.

Lots of people here doing re-runs at the moment, including probably me by the time I get off the injury couch 🙄😂

Hahahahaha. I must remember that tomato tip lol. A cold shower in the backgarden worked a treat on Ollie at least hahahahaha.

Life does have a habit of getting in the way!

There’s a lot of graduates restarting C25k for all kinds of reasons…it’s such a good plan, we all know we can just pick it up and start again 😊

Anyway, good to see you back 😄

Hi Lottie. Great to hear from you. I just read your bio!!! What an inspiration you are! Please keep posting wee bits here! I can’t wait to hear how your plan to 10000 steps goes lol. I could lend you Ollie for a few day - he certainly helps hahahaha. Great to hear from you

Yes! I still don’t always reach 10k daily steps 😬…I did go through a stage where I would march around the living room, or walk up and down the road at 11:30pm to get there…but decided that was a bit daft!🙈

I’m comfortable where I’m at now…averaging anywhere from 50k to 80k per week!

Hi, I graduated June 21 and kept up the running until October, then I was only running once a week and then as you say life gets in the way. I'm going back to plan and hopefully I will build it up again. Thanks for your post make me feel better.x

Yes you are not the only one ! I restarted from week 1 a few months ago after graduating last year. Then stopping again at week four as I changed jobs, etc. Now not sure what level to restart at but I can see that it's possible to restart at week 4 . I thought the app did not let you start again in the middle !
