Well just done W5R2….. I had ‘the fear’ of the next run however I have read through the previous posts and realise I’m not alone, I’m slow, but thanks to you all I know that’s okay, it can be done, I just wanted to thank those who have gone before for the great advice, roll on Tuesday!!

Well done for that run and good luck for the next one. Just keep it slow and steady and you’ll be right. Congratulations in advance-you’ve got this!

No run in the program should be "Dreaded" it's just a run ! W5R3 is one of the best runs in the program, and as you have successfully completed R2 then you are physically ready !

Keep it slow and you will be fine

It might seem a bit daunting now, control your pace, breathing and enjoy it. I remember that run thinking how daunting it was myself. Good luck, you got this!

Just keep it slow and steady and you'll be fine. It scared me before I did it but it ended up being one of the best ones. ☺️🏃‍♀️
