I have just finished week 2 and i feel so good, at the beginning I couldn’t even run for a minute straight now i can run for longer!

Congratulations! It’s worth making some notes about each run. Then when you’re further on you can look back and see how far you’ve come. It’s easy to lose sight of the massive progress you’re making.Really good luck with your next run and hold on to that high!
