Last couple of runs

So I did a 3km, probably about 3-4 weeks ago. Since then I’ve been job hunting and allotmenting. Yesterday I did a slow 5km in the evening.

If anyone knows of any small businesses requiring help with sales and marketing, or general organisation, please let me know. I’m looking for new opportunities.
