Sooo.. just completed run 2 from week 1. Long time coming for me to start jogging again. I had a lateral meniscus tear repaired last July . And was too scared to do any running or jogging until this week where I gave myself a kick up the boot. To say I'm chuffed with myself is an understatement ☺
