Just finished W9R3 feeling great but need to know what to do next? Should I go straight into bridge to 10 or do a few more Wk 9 runs?

Congratulations and well done!

The recommendation is that you now 'consolidate' for a few weeks, i.e. 3x 30 mins .

However ... there is no harm if you want to extend by a couple of mins, maybe 1 of those 3 weekly runs or even all 3. The point is to build a habit that means even when you're not motivated to go out, you still do :-)

While you're consolidating, you can think about where you want to take your running journey.... building up to 10k (or 60 mins) is a popular thing to do.
