Wow, I never thought I’d get this far. The end is in sight!

Today was the toughest yet, I slowed to a walk for ten steps just over the halfway point. Having a battle with my conscience as to whether that means I should re do it!

Only two really hard work runs so far through the programme. Whilst a little tired today, still looking forward to seeing how Friday goes as I start week 8

Well done with your progress!I would say listen to your conscience though , all runs from week 6 run 3 should be continuous runs without a walking break .

I would have a day or 2 rest then repeat but slower .

This will satisfy both your conscience and the program.

Remember, this is both mental and physical training .

Well done on how far you have come. Ten steps is not exactly failure though. Don't be so hard on yourself and relax and enjoy the running. You will probably surprise yourself on wk8. Good luck and keep up the good work . Keep us informed.
