I am now on Week 7 run 3 and itching to run longer. I used to look ahead at the runs and think they were asking too much. Too big a leap from week to week but once I had the first 20 minute run under my belt it has been plain sailing.
I am mentally and physically fitter - my weight is dropping every week!
Make sure you go in with a positive mindset and you will win it. Trust The Plan.
