I did it! Final w9r3 done and now I'm a runner!! It's taken me more than the 9 weeks, due to Covid and other commitments, but hey for a novice runner who's just turned 60, I'm chuffed to bits!! Best advice.... get properly fitted for running shoes and ladies, definitely invest in a good sports bra!!
