Well today after a few weeks of excuses I got back on the treadmill.
Decided to attempt week 5 run1 as that’s the last time I completed a session and I absolutely smashed it😁 yeay me!
Not sure I fancy the 8 mins but I’ll take today as a win 💪
I know week 5 is not recommended as a starting point but I have been walking, just not running. If I can run 15 mins…anyone can!
